She founded the company in response to the number of people approaching her with questions regarding effective online reputation management, networking and social media. Erika von HoyerFounder & COO
Erika has earned a reputation for successfully marketing and selling SaaS technologies. and most recently, has built a name for herself in social media. She has developed innovative approaches for lead generation, value creation and relationship building, supporting both retention and bottom-line growth. In addition to serving as a speaker in the industry, her marketing strategies have been cited in several publications including 1to1 Media, a division of Peppers & Rogers Group, boston.com and Recruiting Trends. In 2008, Erika was recognized by the American Business Awards as a Stevie Finalist for “Best Marketing Executive.”
Now specializing in Social Intelligence and media monitoring, Erika previously served as vice president of marketing for SkillSurvey and prior to that, worked with Bentley Systems and Analytical Graphics. She received a B.S. from Syracuse University and earned an Executive MBA degree from Villanova University. She is an active member of the American Marketing Association and serves as Board Chair of Villanova's EMBA Alumni Association. EVP, General Manager Katrina’s career is built on over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Serving in an executive capacity, she has managed all aspects of marketing for top-tier financial companies on Wall Street as well as Eastern and Central Europe. In particular, she has been recognized for her talents to both restructure and build start-up marketing groups. It is precisely her ability to continuously monitor and adjust, rather than accept the status quo, which has compelled her to deliver a new approach to reputation and brand management to her ailing industry. Prior to joining 360 Reputation, Katrina helped to launch and grow Manhattan-based, Huston Association, a successful third-party financial marketing firm. She also worked for Renaissance Capital in Moscow, Russia, JP Morgan Investment Management, Alliance Capital Management, and Bankers Trust Company. Katrina, earned her B.A. in International Relations and Russian from Mount Holyoke College. She has volunteered for a variety of charitable organizations and has also served on the board of directors of several non-profits. Most recently she was appointed as co-chair of the International Conference Committee of the Financial Women’s Association of New York where she led a delegation of 30 senior financial executives to Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
